Please join the St. Mary's High School Students for Life and the Diocese of Colorado Springs Respect Life Apostolate on Monday, Jan. 17, for the annual Rocky Mountain March for Life in recognition of the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade and in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Please park at Corpus Christi Catholic Church between 8 am and 8:40 am and ride our St. Mary's shuttles to the sidewalk near the Planned Parenthood facility at 3480 Centennial Blvd., where we will gather at 9 am for an hour of prayer, speakers, and a rosary, followed by a Eucharistic procession, led by Fr. Brian Roeseler, back to Corpus Christi. The shuttles will be available to drive those unable to march.
There will be Eucharistic Adoration and a Divine Mercy Chaplet, sung by St. Mary's Students for Life club members, at the church after the march, followed by noon Mass celebrated by Bishop Golka. A pizza lunch and fellowship will follow Mass in the Corpus Christi Parish Hall. Civil rights begin in the womb so please join us as we pray for the first and most fundamental of human rights...the right to LIFE!
