Hello St. Mary’s Families,
Catholic Schools Week is officially Jan. 31 to Feb. 6, and we are working with the K-8 Catholic schools to have a presence in almost every parish in Colorado Springs to promote our Catholic schools on weekends of Jan. 30-31 and Feb. 6-7.
We need St. Mary’s students and families to help with this effort….there are A LOT of Masses at our parishes. We are planning to have students make a short announcement at the end of Masses (script provided), please contact Mr. Trechter at jtrechter@smhscs.org or Mrs. Krasovec at rkrasovec@smhscs.org if your student is willing to help with making announcements. Supporting these promotions will count for service hours!
In addition to the student speaker, we need families on hand to share information and answer questions after Masses. Please sign-up at the link below for as many Masses as manageable, especially at your home parish.
