On Aug. 9 and Aug. 10 (according to the schedule listed below), students may pick up their textbooks, student planners, and Chromebooks; purchase parking passes and lunch cards; and pick up their pre-purchased copy of the 2021-2022 yearbook or buy a 2021-2022 yearbook. Below are the locations for these distributions and times by class.

Textbooks and student planners will be distributed in the Resource Center. Students must bring their official schedule in order to collect their books. 

Chromebooks will be distributed in Room 205. A copy of the Chromebook User Agreement contract can be found HERE. Please read it carefully and sign. A signed Chromebook User Agreement must be turned in when you receive your Chromebook. The agreement can be downloaded here. (**See note at the bottom.)

Parking passes and lunch cards will be available in the Business Office. Please click HERE to download the parking pass form, which you must have completed ahead of time. Bring the completed form and all required items in order to receive your parking pass. 

Aug. 9: 
9 am-10 am - SENIORS may pick up books, planners, Chromebooks, and parking passes 
10 am-11 am - JUNIORS may pick up books, planners, Chromebooks, and parking passes "
11 am-12 pm - SOPHOMORES and FRESHMEN may pick up books, planners, and Chromebooks

Aug. 10:
9 am-11 am 
- Anyone needing parking passes, books, planners, and Chromebooks who couldn't pick them up on Aug. 9.

Yearbooks: The 2021-2022 yearbook will be distributed at a table in the main lobby during the times listed above on both Aug. 9 and Aug. 10. If you did not purchase a yearbook and would like to buy one, the cost is $95 payable in the Business Office. 

Chromebook NOTE: All students will be issued a Chromebook for the 2022-2023 academic year. The Chromebook is a required supply item, provided free of charge by St. Mary's. Teachers will instruct students on how and when the Chromebook will be used in class. Students and parents are required to read and understand the Chromebook User Agreement and the Internet Use Policy (in the Family Handbook) and adhere to the rules of conduct therein.
