Board of Directors Meeting Wednesday, April 27
The board of directors will meet at 6 pm next Wednesday, April 27, in the Resource Center. We are grateful for the comments and suggestions we’ve received over the last three months. Starting this month the board meetings will return to the processes governed by the school’s bylaws and policies. Questions should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance to: StMarys@smhscs.org to ensure they can be reviewed prior to the board meeting. For the sake of time and fairness, each family may submit one board-related question in advance. If a question does not fall under the Board's purview, it will be forwarded to the appropriate individual. A few important policy notes: The board is limited to discussing matters included on the agenda. Ten minutes (instead of the policy-stipulated five minutes) will be reserved at the end of this month’s meeting to answer the submitted questions that pertain to the board. Thank you again to all those who attended the board meetings over the last three months and to all those who have attended this year's town halls and the coffees with the president and principal!

Thanks for Baby Items
Many thanks to all who donated infant clothing to the Students for Life annual baby drive in support of Life Network! We collected more than 300 items and your wonderful generosity will certainly bless the families who receive these items. The seniors won the competition to see which class would donate the most clothing and, as promised, the SMHS Students for Life club will treat them to a class donut party. Stay tuned for details!
