Faith inspires all we do, which includes service to our community. While much of our service has been restricted due to COVID for the last two years, we are now ready to get back out in our community and make a difference. That's why we are excited to announce a special community day for the junior class on April 1.

Juniors will volunteer at Care and Share to pack food for distributions for the hungry. This is a great way for them to give back to our community by serving others. Juniors will sign up for one of the two different shifts from 9-11:30 am or  1-3:30 pm. Transportation will be provided for students and Mr. Archuleta as well as two parent volunteers will chaperone the event. Permission slips have gone home with students so please return those as soon as possible.

We hope to offer quarterly Community Days next school year by partnering with wonderful community organizations as we incorporate some of the Corporal Works of Mercy by serving Habitat for Humanity, Sunny Vista Senior Living Facility, Care and Share, Marion Soup Kitchen, Vitalant Blood donations (must be 16 years old to donate), etc. We will ask for parent volunteers to help with organizing these events for each class, so please contact Kristine Barrett at Patrick_kristine@yahoo.com or 331-2161 if interested in assisting these service events.
