Rocky Mountain March for Life
The Students for Life Club invites the St. Mary’s community to join them and the Diocese of Colorado Springs Respect Life Apostolate on Monday, Jan. 17, for the Rocky Mountain March for Life (it is a holiday and there is no school that day). The annual march is a recognition of the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade and in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. You will find all of the information about the march and how to participate on our website.

Learn More about our Request for Financial Information
As part of our re-enrollment process, St. Mary’s is asking all current families to complete the FACTS financial information form, even if they are not seeking financial aid. In this video, St. Mary’s President Deacon Rob Rysavy explains why the school is seeking the information.

Re-enrollment Now Open
Re-enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year is now open and the the form is online. Families seeking tuition assistance must complete the FACTS form by Jan. 31. All families are invited to complete the financial FACTS form to receive a $1,000 discount off your student’s tuition cost. You’ll find information and a link to the FACTS form at https://www.smpirates.org/page/tuition-assistance

Student Volunteers Needed for Tutoring
Students, are you looking for volunteer hours? Contact Mrs. Cichon at jcichon@smhscs.org if you are interested in tutoring elementary school students on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30-4:30 pm in the Resource Center.

Chromebook Reminder
The "Parent and Student Home Chromebook Use Agreement 2021-2022" will be sent home with students early next week. Both parents and students will need to sign the form acknowledging that they have read the Chromebook Use Agreement 2021-2022 and other related documents before the Chromebooks will be distributed to students. The Student Internet and Computer Use Rules Policy and Electronic Devices Policy are now on the Current Pirates page on our website. Please carefully read the Chromebook Use Agreement 2021-2022 and related policies and return the signed form ASAP so that your student can receive a Chromebook. Once Chromebooks have been distributed, students will only be allowed to use these devices (not a personal laptop) while at school. Classes such as engineering that require other computers will still have those available in that classroom.
