Good Morning, Pirates! Today is Thursday, Aug. 26, and these are your morning announcements.
Remember that all those interested in becoming an Ambassador or Link Crew member, as well as all current Ambassadors or Link Crew members, should plan to attend a lunch meeting today in the Gym. Bring your lunch to eat during the meeting.
Tryouts for “Little Nell,” the fall play, will be held on Sept. 7th and 8th, from 3:15 to 4:15 in the Cove. If you have questions, see Mrs. Knoepke in Room 200.
Mark your calendars for Back to School Night next Tuesday, Aug. 31, and the Club Fair next Wednesday, Sept. 1. You’ll find more information about both of these events in the SIGNAL and on our website.
Friday is the first home game for girls volleyball! Bring the Hype! Theme is Whiteout.
Also, today and tomorrow Girls Volleyball will be in the Cove during lunch selling player buttons for students to purchase. Buttons are $4.
The date for make-up pictures and senior formal photos has been pushed to later in September. Dates will be announced soon. No picture retakes or senior pictures will be done Sept. 1.
Starting Monday, the Journalism and Broadcasting class will present announcements via video. That means the deadline for submitting announcements is moving. Any announcements for Monday, Aug. 30, should be submitted to Ms. Partain by end of day today (Thursday, Aug. 26).
