Good Morning, Pirates! Today is Wednesday, Jan. 13. It is Wednesday of the first week of Ordinary Time.

Keep wearing masks that cover your mouth and nose at all times and staying spread out in the hallways. 

All girls interested in playing basketball! Open gyms are being held this week on Wednesday and Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm. Official practice starts Monday at 3:30 pm. 

Attention students 14 years old and under:  The Knights of Columbus is sponsoring a Free Throw Shooting contest this Saturday, Jan 16, at 9:30 am at Corpus Christi  School.  A $25 dollar prizes available.  Details on bulletin board outside the Admissions Office in room 302.

National Honor Society members, please bring in your items for Operation Shoebox to Mrs. Cichon's office this week and next week. Also, don't forget to turn in your NHS dues to Mrs. Cichon.

Seniors, please get your  college acceptance letters and scholarship offers to the Counseling Center for the College Wall. 

The annual Rocky Mountain Mass for Life will be  Monday, Jan. 18, Martin Luther King Jr. Day  from 11 am to 1 pm at Corpus Christi Church.  Students, faculty, staff and families are all invited to participate.  The St. Mary's Students for Life club sponsors this event.  Wear Pirate green if you attend. If you’d like to join the St. Mary's Students for Life club see Mr. Kloenne in the engineering room for more information.

There's a special freshmen class 'Activity Day' here at school this Friday (Jan. 15) from 12 pm to 2 pm.  Come into the gym and spread out when you arrive—you'll be divided up and given more instructions then.

Community Day for sophomores, juniors, and seniors is also Friday, Jan. 15, 12 pm to 2 pm at The Grace Center. There will be a Spikeball tournament at Community Day. The sign up sheet is on the door of the Senate Office on freshman hall. If anyone has spikeball nets they are willing to bring for the tournament, please talk to somebody in the Senate. Also, the plan is to have pizza for $1 slice.

The  Ultimate Frisbee club will stay at The Grace Center this Friday, from 2 pm to 4 pm. All participants and chaperones, wear your mask when arriving and departing, and bring your own water.
