St. Mary's Families,

As many of you are probably aware, at 11 am TODAY (6 pm in Rome) Pope Francis will offer an "Urbi et Orbi" blessing from St. Peter's Square.

This is unprecedented in the 2,000 year history of the Church. This particular blessing has historically only been bestowed on Christmas, Easter, and after the election of a new Pope.

I encourage all of you to join me, go to the Vatican website at 11 am (MDT), and witness (and participate in) this historic event. The link is:

www.vatican.va/content/francesco/en/events/event.dir.html/content/vaticanevents/en/2020/3/27/uniti-in-preghiera.html

If you encounter any problems with that link, go to the Vatican home page:

www.vatican.va/content/vatican/en.html

You should see the link for the live video of St. Peter's square under "News" for today's date (in European form) 27-03-2020.

This is yet another great opportunity for us to unite as a COMMUNITY despite our mandatory separation from each other.

I will have a regular daily update for you later today.

Respectfully,
Rob Rysavy
