The Annual Gala and Auction is the most significant fundraiser for St. Mary’s.  Proceeds from the event support our $250,000 tuition assistance programs which benefit approximately one third of our students every year.

We have a variety of sponsorship levels that all include the opportunity to attend the gala and to be recognized as a supporter of this great school.

Anyone, anywhere can take part in our silent auction this year.

Three ways to register for mobile bidding

  • When buying tickets for the Gala online, you’ll have the chance to provide a mobile phone number and a credit card and then you’ll receive texts with additional information.  Go to and click on “Buy Tickets”
  • If you’re not able to join us in person, you can still take part in the silent auction by registering at, click on the “Register to Participate” button and then provide the required information.  (The auction items aren’t visible yet, but you’ll get notified as soon as they are!)

You can still place bids in the silent auction with staff during the event.

Donation Ideas

Donate an auction item!  We’re asking each family to donate one item.  (Of course, more is certainly welcome!)

We are seeking donations of items to be included in the Live and Silent Auctions. Because items can be auctioned individually or bundled, nothing is too small or too large.

Please drop off your item at St. Mary’s or contact Dolly or Molly (info below) to arrange a pick up by April 3.

Dessert Dash

Every Year, the freshman families provide the desserts for the Dessert Dash.  This is a fun part of the Gala where each table bids to be the first table to select a dessert.

In the Dash, the highest bidding table gets to run up to the dessert tables and pick a dessert from the 30 or 40 donated dessert items.  Then the rest of the tables get called, highest bids first.  A single dessert for 10 people can raise nearly $1,000!

Last year, the Dessert Dash raised over $7,000! and included some amazing desserts donated – and sometimes created – by the freshman families.
